WE NEED COACHES!
Elk River Youth Baseball DEPENDS on volunteer coaches.  We NEED head and assistant coaches in order to keep team sizes down, and to allow all kids an opportunity to play!

Please indicate your desire to coach on the bottom of the "Confirm Family Information" page during your registration process and/or email info@elkriverbaseball.com if you are interested in coaching as a head or assistant.

Registration Notes

1.  OBTAIN PIN NUMBER
When you start the registration process, it will guide you through the steps in obtaining a pin number.  If you registered last year, you will already have a pin number.  If  you do not remember your pin number, you will see the option of having it emailed to you as you start the registration process. 

Remember your pin - this will be used every year going forward to register, and also to log into our volunteer page.

2.  REGISTER
Once you obtain your pin number, you can follow the link at the bottom of this page to start your registration.  Please continue all the way to the payment screens.

3.  Multi-Player Discount: 
A discount will apply to families with more than two members playing Elk River Youth Baseball.  A family will receive a $55 discount for the third player.  The fourth player and beyond will receive a $70 discount.

4.  VOLUNTEER HOURS
Each family will be required to submit a postdated volunteer check for $100.  This check will NOT be deposited, and will be voided, if the family performs their volunteer effort during the year - 1 shift (approximately 2-4 hours).  If the volunteer hours are not met, this check will be cashed after the season. 

Volunteer checks will need to be turned in at Travel Tryouts or House Evaluations in order for your child to be eligible.

This check may be post dated to 9/1/2011.

5.  TRAVEL
Travel players will incur additional expenses for tournament gate/entry fees, team apparel, league dues...etc.

Each Travel player will also be required to purchase a travel uniform.  If the travel uniform from the previous year is in good condition and continues to fit, no uniform is required.  In a situation where duplicate numbers exist as players move up or down from A to B , the player who played on the team in the previous year receives number priority.

The additional travel money will be collected once the travel roster has been determined.

PLEASE register on-line if possible, as that saves us many volunteer hours entering your information.  If on-line is not possible, you may email info@elkriverbaseball.com to obtain a paper copy.

Elk River Youth Baseball Refund Policy

Any player notifying the board on or before March 18th will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee

Any player notifying the board between March 19th to May 1st will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee

Any player notifying the board after May 1st will not receive any refund of their registration fee

All refund requests need to be mailed or emailed to the Elk River Youth Baseball Association

In cases of extenuating circumstances, the refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of the Elk River Youth Baseball Association board.
