To pay for facility rental please use our venmo QR code. You can also pay with cash or check. Please place payment in an envelope and put in our wall safe next to the drinking fountain.

The Elk River Baseball Facility is part of our non-profit organization and is funded with training provided in many forms and venues. Although we do have a strict usage policy, we do offer several options for facility rental to optimize growth and development of our community’s baseball players. The below PDF is our most current policy and applies to all those in the Elk River Baseball system. This policy includes details from who can rent, scheduling protocol, rental fees, and so on.

Please NOTE: There will be limited (if any) availability on weekdays during the pre-tryout sessions. Please only request off-peak days (Saturday/Sunday mornings, etc.). If small groups are requested it is not uncommon to have two groups in at the same time.
