Elk River Invitational REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy if Team Withdraws: If your team withdraws prior to 30 days from the start date, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee. After 30 days and up to deadline, a refund will be issued if a replacement team is found; minus $50. After deadline, 50% of entry fee will be refunded if a replacement team is found.

Refund Policy if Tournament has to be Cancelled or Shortened due to Unforeseen Circumstances (Weather, Etc.):  If no games have been played, teams will be refunded entry fee (minus $50) administrative fee.  If first game has been started, teams will be refunded entry fee (minus $150).  If 2 or more games have been played NO refund will be issued.
