The Advanced Hitting and Fielding sessions at the 10U and above levels will be designed for players who have competed on a travel team in the past. The 9U level would be ideal for players who are at the upper level of 2nd or 3rd grade and intend on playing travel baseball in the Spring. Players will be introduced to the fielding fundamentals taught and used at the highest levels of baseball, adapted to fit the various age levels of our travel system. The hitting portion will focus on the proper body sequencing of the swing prior to contact and how players should use their bodies through the swing. The drills used will help players better understand the control and balance needed through the swing. The focus will be on gap to gap and opposite field hitting. These sessions will be led by professional instructors with experience coaching at the high school level as well as current and former DI players and players with professional experience.

The Advanced Pitching and Arm Care sessions will focus on the proper arm care and preparation a pitcher should take to get ready to throw, as the sessions progress we will advance into more throwing and mechanics work off the mound. Players should have experience pitching at the travel level for ages 10U and above. Players coming into the 9U level should be players with a strong interest to pitch and intend on playing travel baseball in the Spring. These sessions will be led by current High School coaches and current and former D1 and DII pitchers.
