Volunteers are necessary to ensure a successful season for our Elk River baseball players.  We rely on parent volunteers to not only coach and manage teams, but assist with tournaments and clinics.

  • Every family is required to submit a volunteer payment (in the form of a $250.00 credit card hold) prior to the season starting including potential coaches and team managers.
  • We will keep the credit card hold until your volunteer time is fulfilled (hold will be released) or until August 2025. If you have not fulfilled volunteer hours by that time the payment will be processed.
  • You can indicate that you are not able to or do not want to volunteer and we will cash the check immediately. No refunds will be given once the check is cashed.
  • Volunteer requirements are only one shift PER FAMILY (not per player) during the season.  The average shift is 3-5 hours.
  • No children under the age of 12 are allowed at the volunteer shifts
  • NO post-season cleanup opportunities will be available
  • You are responsible for monitoring your email for reminders to sign up for volunteer shifts or check the website frequently.
  • Team volunteer opportunities are 1 head coach, 2 assistant coaches and 1 team manager.  Coaches cannot waive volunteer duties outside of those positions.

If you have any questions, please email your league commissioner.
