Elk River Baseball is launching a fundraising opportunity in the form
of a cash raffle! The proceeds will be used to support our youth program by helping us
hold 2025 registration fees flat, invest in equipment for house and travel teams, provide
youth scholarships, continue upgrades to our baseball training facility along with
continuing our low-cost training opportunities for players and youth umpires.
Here are the details:

1. Each player has the responsibility of selling a minimum of ten - $10 tickets.
2. Families with multiple players are not required to sell more than ten tickets total.
3. Minors level players are encouraged but not required to participate.
4. Tickets will be available for pickup during player evaluations March 29 th and 30 th . Details related to ticket stub returns will be provided at the time of pickup.
5. Payment for tickets can be made in the form of a CHECK or CASH at the time of
   pickup.
6. Winners will be announced on June 8 th 2025!

In order to play for Elk River Youth Baseball, you must be a resident of Elk River, or your child must attend school in the Elk River area district.  If you attend a charter school, your address determines which school district you belong to.

Multi-Player Discount: 
A discount will apply to families with more than two members playing Elk River Youth Baseball.  A 15% discount will apply to 3 or more players. 

 Volunteer Duties

Each family will be required to perform one volunteer shift per season (approximately 4 hours).  Only 1 shift per family is required, regardless of how many kids are in the program.

At checkout be sure to select the following if you plan on volunteering.

 Selecting the Volunteer Payment will place a hold on your card. Once your volunteer hours are completed the hold will be released. If your hours are not completed your card will be automatically charged on 8/15/2025.

TRAVEL
Travel players will incur additional expenses for tournament gate/entry fees, team apparel, league dues...etc.
Each Travel player will also be required to purchase a travel uniform.
The additional travel money will be collected once the travel roster has been determined.

2025 Travel Deadline: March 15

Our travel leagues are based on the current grade of your child - not the grade they will be in next year.

Players not making a travel team will be placed automatically in our
competitive house league and should plan to attend evaluations. 

2025 House Deadline: March 20

Prices above reflect early bird pricing. Pricing increases by $15 on February 14, 2024.

Please do not delay in registering prior to February 14th.

Contact the board before March 15th, and receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.

Contact the board between March 15th & May 1st, and receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

No requests for refund after May 1st  will be honored.

The Elk River Youth Baseball Association Board reserves the right to deny any refund requests. Extenuating circumstance refund requests made after May 1st will be decided at the sole discretion of the Elk River Youth Baseball Association Board of Directors.
